Add all
  • 2x130 g

    smoked sockeye salmon

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    palm hearts, in rounds

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    cream cheese, at room temperature

  • cream 15%

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    olive oil

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 4 tsp.
    (20 mL)

    fresh chopped chives

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper


Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until mixture is homogenous and creamy. Serve over apple, pear or cucumber slices, or on crackers.
