Smoked Salmon Tidbits

Add all
  • 3 oz
    (90 g)

    smoked salmon

  • 1/2 pkg
    (125 g)

    cream cheese

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 4 tsp.
    (20 mL)

    fresh dill

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    scallion chopped

  • freshly ground pink pepper to taste

  • assorted vegetables: endive leaves, cherry tomatoes or cucumber

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    capers, drained


In a blender or a food processor, purée smoked salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, scallion, dill and pink pepper together. Refrigerate.

Using a pastry bag or a small spoon, fill the vegetables with the salmon mix.

Garnish with capers.
