Smoked Turkey and Chutney Sandwich

    (300 g)

    smoked turkey

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)


  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    fruit chutney

  • butter


Peel mango, cut into 1/4-in. (5-mm) thick slices, and set aside.

Combine mayonnaise with chutney to make a tangy dressing.

Arrange smoked turkey and sliced mango on lightly buttered slices of bread, spread tangy chutney mayonnaise on top slices.

Close sandwiches, cut diagonally.
