Sparkling Wine and Fresh fruit

Ingredients

Add all
  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    cut-up fresh fruit

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    powdered or super-fine sugar

  • 3 cups
    (750 mL)

    sparkling wine or champagne

Preparation

In a blender, purée fruits and sugar. Refrigerate 60 minutes.

Just before serving, add champagne and pour into wine glasses or champagne flutes.
