Ingredients

Add all
  • 600 g

    frozen mixed berries, thawed and drained

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    vanilla

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    unsalted butter

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    organics honey and almond granola

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    pumpkin pie spice

  • whipped cream

Preparation

Stir together Irresistibles Frozen Mixed Berries, granulated sugar and vanilla in a shallow 6-cup (1.5-L) dish. Spread out fruit in dish.

Melt 1/4 cup (50 mL) Selection Unsalted Butter. Stir in Irresistibles Bio Organics Honey and Almond Granola and pumpkin pie spice. Spread over fruit. Put dish on a baking sheet. Bake in a 350°F (180°C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Serve with Irresistibles Whipped Cream.
