  • 2

    6 rib rack of lamb

  • spice crust

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    cumin

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    curry

  • 1/4 tsp.
    (1 mL)

    coriander ground

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    orange zest

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    canola oil

Preparation

Trim the rack of lamb, choose the crust desired, mix all ingredients and spread over the rack. Sprinkle the crust with breading or sesame seeds.

Preheat ovenor BBQ to 375°F (190°C), cook for 10 minutes, then lower the heat to 350°F (180°C) and cook for 8 to 10 more minutes.
