    reduced sodium soy sauce

  • 1/4 tsp.
    (2 ml)

    red pepper flakes crushed

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)


  • 1 lb
    (454 g)

    skinless boneless chicken breast halves pounded 1/4 inch thick and cut into 1 inch pieces

  • 1 package Knorr® Sidekicks® Menu Flavours Thai Sweet chli noodles

  • 6 oz
    (391 g)

    snow peas halved (about 2 cups/500 mL)

  • 8 oz
    (250 g)

    water chestnuts, cut into thin julienne strips drained


Combine soy sauce, red pepper flakes and oil in medium bowl, then toss with chicken.

Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is almost done, about 4 minutes. Remove skillet from heat.

Meanwhile, prepare Knorr® Sidekicks® Menu Flavours Thai Sweet Chili Noodles according to package directions in large saucepan, stirring in snow peas, chicken and water chestnuts during the last 3 minutes of cook time. Continue cooking until pasta is tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 3 minutes.
