Spicy Grilled Rib-Eye Steaks

Add all
  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    sun-dried tomato pesto

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    chopped red onion

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • 1

    jalapeño, minced

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    freshly ground black pepper

  • 4

    rib eye steaks


Preheat barbecue to medium.

In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Set aside.

Put steaks on the barbecue and cook 2 to 4 minutes on one side. Turn, brush generously with pesto mixture and cook 2 to 4 minutes to desired degree of doneness.
