Spicy Marinade with Three Mustards and Beer (for red meat)

Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    beer

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    powdered mustard

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    Meaux mustard

  • 1/4 tsp.
    (1 mL)

    cayenne pepper

  • hot sauce (harissa) to taste

Preparation

Pour the oil and beer into a bowl. Combine the three mustards and cayenne pepper while whisking.

Season to taste with the hot sauce. Mix again. Refrigerate.
