Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    soya sauce

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    Ground coriander

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    turmeric

  • 2

    crushed garlic cloves

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the fish.

Cover and refrigerate, ideally for 1 hour.

Drain the fillets on absorbent paper.
