Spicy Shrimp

Add all
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    soya sauce

  • 1/2 tsp.

    hot pepper paste

  • 24

    jumbo shrimp, shelled

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    peanut oil

  • 1/2 tsp.

    sesame oil

  • 3

    green onions, minced

  • 2

    cloves garlic, chopped


In a bowl, mix soya sauce and hot pepper paste together; add shrimp and stir to coat. Let stand 5 minutes.

In a frying pan, heat peanut and sesame oil and brown green onions 1 minute.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds, stirring.

Add shrimp and brown 2 to 3 minutes over high heat.
