Add all
  • marinade:

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    spicy flavoured oil

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    olive oil

  • juice of 2 lemons

  • 2

    garlic clove

  • cayenne pepper

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4

    T-bone steaks


In a shallow dish, mix marinade ingredients together. Add steaks and refrigerate 2 hrs.

Preheat barbecue to medium.

Lay drained steaks on the grill. Cook about 4 min. per side or to desired degreeof doneness.
