Ingredients

Add all
  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    baby spinach

  • 2

    belgian endive

  • 2

    clementines or 1 orange, peeland break them into sections

  • 10

    cherry tomatoes

  • 6

    mini boconccini cheese balls

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    dressing maple and dijon

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the spinach, endive, clementines, cherry tomatoes and boconccini cheese balls.

Add the vinaigrette and mix all the ingredients well.
