Ingredients

Add all
  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    plain yoghurt

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    fresh spinach trimmed and finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    light mayonnaise

  • 1

    clove of garlic finely chopped

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    dill finely chopped

  • salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, mix spinach, yoghurt, mayonnaise, garlic and dill.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
