  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    Oasis Premium Collection apple and grape juice

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    olive oil

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 Tbsp.
    (7 mL)

    liquid honey

  • ground black pepper to taste

  • 4 cups
    (1 L)

    tender young spinach

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    red and green grapes halved

  • 1

    apple, diced

  • 4


  • 1/2 lb
    (225 g)

    goat cheese, crumbled

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    walnut pieces


In a bowl, whisk juice, oil, mustard, honey and pepper together. Set dressing aside.

In another bowl, mix spinach, grapes and apple together.

Make a star-shaped bed on each plate with an endive, cover with spinach mixture and top with cheese and walnuts. Serve immediately drizzled
