Spinach Salad with Orange Quarters and Gruyère

  • 1/2 cup

    mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 cup

    spinach leaves, washed and shredded

  • Adequate amount Dijonnaise salad dressing

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    grated Gruyère


Peel the oranges, quarter and set aside.

In a salad bowl, mix the mushrooms and spinach leaves.

Add the salad dressing.

Add orange quarters and spinkle with gruyère.

Just before serving, toss lightly.
