Spinach Stuffing (Used for Fish)

Ingredients

Add all
  • 4 cups
    (1 L)

    spinach leaves

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    whipping cream

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    nutmeg

  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Cook the spinach in boiling, salted water.

Drain, chop and add cream. Mix well.

Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Stuff the fish.
