Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    creamy vanilla yoghurt

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    milk

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    frozen mango pieces

Preparation

Place the milk and yoghurt in a blender.

Add the frozen fruit and blend to a smooth consistency.

Pour the smoothie into two large glasses.

Garnish with a few chunks of fruit on a skewer.
