Stuffed Pancakes with Vanilla Ice-Cream and Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

Add all
  • 4

    homemade or sold on the market pancakes

  • 3 cups
    (750 mL)

    vanilla ice-cream

  • 2 oz
    (60 g)

    chopped sweet chocolate

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    water

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    vanilla

Preparation

Place vanilla ice-cream in each pancake.

Wrap each pancake in film paper to shape into a cigar ; place in freezer.

In a saucepan, combine chocolate and water ; bring to a boil and stir until chocolate is melted.

Remove from heat ; add vanilla and let cool.

Before serving, remove pancakes from freezer ; remove film paper.

Cut each pancake in three parts and cover with chocolate sauce.
