Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/4 cups
    (60 mL)

    brown sugar

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    Maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    flour

  • 1 1/2 cups
    (375 mL)

    whipping cream

  • 1

    Salt

  • 1

    pie shell

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.

In a saucepan, mix first 5 ingredients.

Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook, stirring, over medium heat about 10 min. until mixture thickens.

Cool 10 min.

Pour mixture into pie shell and bake 25 min.
