    top dogs all-beef wieners

  • 4

    large whole-wheat tortillas

  • 1

    tomato, sliced thin

  • 1

    green pepper, cut into thin strips

  • 2

    green onions, chopped

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    stuffed green olives, sliced

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    monterey jack cheese, grated

  • Sufficient olive oil


Preheat barbecue to medium.

Slice wieners thin. Set aside.

Cover half of each tortilla with tomato, pepper, green onions, olives and wieners. Sprinkle with cheese and fold tortillas over.

Brush outside of tortillas with olive oil and put on the grill.

Cook 2-3 min. per side or until cheese is melted.
