Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    sun-dried tomatoes in oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    drained capers

  • 1

    garlic clove

  • 5

    almonds

  • 1

    lemon, juiced

  • 2/3 cup
    (170 mL)

    vegetable or olive oil

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    Parmesan cheese

  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

In a food processor, blend the first five ingredients.

Reduce to a paste while gradually drizzling in the oil.

Add the parmesan cheese and season.
