    12 in. (30 cm) prepared pizza crust

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil seasoned with garlic and basil

  • 3 oz
    (90 g)

    sliced pepperoni

  • 1

    sweet green pepper, in thin strips

  • 12

    black or green pitted olives, sliced

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    canned corn, drained

  • 4

    dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    grated mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.

Put pizza crust on an oiled pizza pan.

Brush crust with seasoned olive oil.

Add pepperoni, sweet pepper, olives, corn and tomatoes.

Top with cheese.

Bake at 400°F / 200°C 15 minutes or until cheese is browned and the crust is crispy.
