Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 lb
    (450 g)

    chicken

  • sweet and sour basting sauce

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    ketchup

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    italian salad dressing

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    (30 m) worcestershire sauce

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    chili powder

Preparation

Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.

Mix sauce ingredients together in a glass bowl. Set aside.

Make patties with the ground chicken and place them on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil.

Baste chicken patties with sauce and barbecue for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
