lean ground beef
regular sour cream
minced fresh ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
sweet and sour sauce
brown sugar, firmly packed
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a glass, bowl mix meatball ingredients with your hands.
Make 1-inch (2.5-cm) meatballs and arrange them on a cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 F (180 C), turning them halfway through cooking time. Meatballs are done when they show no pink.
Sweet and Sour Sauce:
Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and dry mustard in a saucepan.
Add other ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook over medium heat until thick.
Remove from heat and serve as dipping sauce.
