    cubed sweet potatoes

    peeled, cubed pears

  • 0.500

    pineapple, cubed

  • 1

    green pepper, diced


Skewer alternating cubes of pears, sweet potatoes, pineapple and green pepper on brochettes.

Preheat the oven to broil.

Lay brochettes in a broiling pan and grill 2 minutes, turn and cook until browned.
