Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    pitted black olives

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    lemon zest

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

Put olives, lemon zest and olive oil in the bowl of a food processor.

Pulse to combine into a coarse paste.

Season to taste with pepper.
