Ingredients

Add all
  • duck liver mousse with port

  • county style pate with cognac

  • country style pate with black pepper

  • duck a l'orange terrine

  • deer terrine

  • rabbit terrine with hazelnuts

  • dry salami with herbs

  • all pork dry salami

Preparation

Ten minutes before serving, remove deli products from the refrigerator.

Using four different serving platters, set out mousse, pâtés, terrines and salamis.

Prepare baskets offering a variety of olive bread, foccacia, multi-grain breads and nut breads.
