Add all
  • sauce:

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    chili sauce

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)


  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)


  • 1 tsp.

    crushed chili

  • 4

    inside round steaks


In a bowl, mix sauce ingredients together. Reserve half to serve with steaks.

Preheat frying pan or barbecue to medium.

Cook steaks 2-4 minutes per side to desired degree of doneness.

Brush with sauce during cooking.

Serve steaks with reserved sauce, tomato rice and corn.
