    seedless oranges, peeled fresh

  • 6

    canned pineapple, in slices

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    strawberries

  • 4

    canned peaches, in halves

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    butter

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    orange juice

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    rum extract

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°F /230°C.

Line a Pyrex baking dish with a sheet of aluminium foil.

On aluminium foil, place oranges, pineapple, strawberries and peaches.

Combine butter and brown sugar, spread over fruits and pour in Oasis® orange juice and rum extract.

Bake in a oven, uncovered, for 7 to 8 minutes on upper rack.
