    (450 g)


  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    spicy flavoured oil

  • tofu sauce

  • 1

    sprig coriander, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    soya sauce

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    peanut oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    rice vinegar


Slice tofu 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick, then cut in triangles.

In a frying pan, heat peppery oil, stir-fry tofu 3 minutes until browned.

In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients; set aside.

Remove tofu triangles from the frying pan and put on paper towels to absorb the excess oil.

Put the triangles on a plate and top with the sauce.
