Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    tomato juice

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    apple cider vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    chopped fresh basil

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    dried tarragon (optional)

  • 1 pinch

    pepper

Preparation

In jar with lid, combine tomato juice, lemon juice, vinegar, oil, basil, mustard, tarragon (if using), and pepper. Shake for 30 seconds.

Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
