Tomato Radicchio Crostini (Antipasto)

Add all
  • 2

    radicchio, leaves separated and shredded

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    extra light olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    balsamic vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    fresh chopped basil

  • 4

    italian tomatoes, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • toasted baguette slices


In the food processor, chop radicchio; put in a bowl.

Add oil, balsamic vinegar, basil and tomatoes; season and mix.

Spread the mixture on toasted baguette slices and serve.
