    1 package Knorr® Sidekicks® Menu Flavours - Mexican rice, prepared according to package directions

  • 3/4 cup
    (175 mL)

    bottled salsa

  • 5 cups
    (1,25 L)

    water

  • 12 oz
    (341 mL)

    corn

  • 1

    pot chicken broth Knorr® Homestyle Stock – Reduced Sodium

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    cut-up cooked chicken

  • 3 1/2 oz
    (100 g)

    tortilla chips

Preparation

Prepare Knorr® Sidekicks® Menu Flavours – Mexican Rice according to package directions.

Stir in salsa, water, corn and Knorr® Homestyle Stock – Reduced Sodium Chicken and bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce heat and stir in chicken to heat through.

Crumble tortilla chips into soup bowls and pour soup over chips.

Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped fresh cilantro and lime wedges, if desired.

Tip: Serve with extra tortilla chips and homemade guacamole on the side for a Mexican-themed meal.
