Add all
  • 1 pkg
    (300 g)

    ricotta cheese

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    plain yogurt

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    fruit ketchup

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    medium or strong cheddar cheese, grated

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    diced green, yellow or red pepper

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    diced tomato

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    green onion, chopped

  • tortillas or raw vegetables


Mix the ricotta cheese and yogurt.

Pour into an 8-in. (20 cm) diameter plate.

Cover with the fruit ketchup and top with cheddar cheese.

Mix the pepper, tomato and green onion.

Cover the cheese with the vegetable mix.

Serve with tortillas or raw vegetables.
