Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 bag

    leaf mâche

  • 1

    endive

  • 1/2

    radicchio

  • 1/2

    romaine lettuce

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    chopped chives

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    chopped parsley

  • 0.500

    tomato, sliced

  • 5

    black olives, sliced

  • 5

    marinated bocconcini

Preparation

In a salad bowl, toss the lettuces, chives and parsley.

Serve the salad on individual plates; garnish with tomatoes, black olives and bocconcini.

Serve with hazelnut dressing.
