Trout Fillets with mixed fresh herbs

Add all
  • 4 x 4 to 5 oz
    (4 x 120 to 150 g)

    trout fillets

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    white wine

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    chopped mixed fresh herbs (chive, parsley, tarragon)

  • 1

    clove garlic chopped

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1

    lemon, sliced


Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.

Baste trout fillets with olive oil.

Put the trout fillets on a sheet of aluminum foil.

Cover fillets with remaining ingredients and surround with lemon slices.

Fold and seal aluminum foil. Bake until fish is no longer glossy.
