Ingredients

Add all
  • 2x6 oz
    (2x180 g)

    cans tuna, flaked

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    stuffed green olives, chopped

  • 3

    scallions, sliced thinly

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    celery, in small dice

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    fresh parsley or basil, shredded

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    canned mixed beans, rinsed and drained

  • 6

    whole wheat tortillas (15 cm / 6 in)

  • 180 g

    sliced marbled cheddar cheese

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all the filling ingredients except the beans. Adjust the seasoning, add the beans and toss gently.

Place the tortillas on a work surface and divide the marbled cheddar slices evenly among them. Add an equal amount of filling to each.

Roll up, cut in half on the diagonal and wrap.
