Turkey and Cranberry Tortilla Sandwich

    swiss cheese

  • 8 oz
    (250 g)

    turkey breast, thinly sliced

  • 4 Tbsp.
    (60 mL)

    cranberry sauce, canned

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    baby spinach, or lettuce

  • 4

    whole wheat tortillas (7 inch/17.5 cm)

Preparation

Divide cheese, turkey, cranberry sauce and spinach evenly between tortillas.

Fold each sandwich in half.

Grill sandwiches for 2 minutes on a panini press or in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Serve immediately.
