Turkey Breast Fillets with Tarragon Cheese Sauce

Add all
  • 4 x 3 oz
    (4 x 90 g)

    turkey breast fillets

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • tarragon cheese sauce

  • 1

    onion, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chicken concentrate

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    white wine

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    cheddar cheese

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    fresh chopped tarragon


Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.

Oil the fillets and grill 5 to 7 minutes per side.


In a saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients, except the cheese.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add cheese and mix well.

Top fillets with sauce and serve.
