    turkey brochettes

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    herb dressing

  • 1


  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    chopped oregano

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    cooked crumbled bacon

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    grated Parmesan

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    garlic croutons


Preheat the barbecue to medium.

Brush turkey brochettes with 1/4 cup (60 mL) herb dressing, cook 6 minutes, turning from time to time.

In a salad bowl, shred romaine lettuce; top with bacon, parmesan; add croûtons.

Pour the rest of the herb dressing on the salad just before serving.

To oven-cook:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (180°C).

Brush turkey brochettes with 1/4 cup (60 mL) herb dressing.

In a hot frying pan, sear brochettes on all sides.

Finish cooking in the oven 10 to 12 minutes.
