Turkey Cutlets with Lemon and Basil

Add all
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    fresh basil, chopped

  • 2

    minced garlic cloves

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    grated lemon peel

  • 1 1/2 lb
    (680 g)

    turkey breast cutlets

  • 2

    lemons cut in slices


Preheat the oven to 160 °C (325 °F ).

Mix the basil, garlic and lemon peel in a small bowl.

Spread the basil mixture on each cutlet.

Cover with lemon slices and fold in half.

Place the cutlets in a slightly oiled oven dish.

Cook in the oven for 25 minutes.
