Turkey Kebabs with Garden-Style Sauce

Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 1/3 lb
    (600 g)

    fresh turkey cubed (4 to 6 cubes/skewer)

  • marinade:

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    garden-style spaghetti sauce

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    melted butter

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    ketchup

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.

Mix all basting sauce ingredients together in a glass bowl. Set some sauce aside.

Thread turkey cubes onto skewers and baste with the rest of the sauce.

Place kebabs on the oiled grill and cook for 5 minutes per side, basting them regularly with reserved sauce.
