Add all
  • 6 1/2 oz
    (184 mL)

    can flaked turkey, drained

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)


  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    sweet relish

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    sliced white mushrooms

  • 1

    head broccoli, cut into florets (optional)

  • 2

    big 6 in. (15 cm) tortillas

  • lettuce leaves for garnish


In a bowl, mix turkey, mayonnaise and relish together.

Cover 1/3 of each tortilla with turkey mixture.

Add a few mushroom slices and broccoli florets.

Top with lettuce.

Roll tortillas up tightly.
