Add all
  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    diced cooked turkey

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    chopped roasted chopped walnuts

  • 2

    tart apples, unpeeled, diced

  • 2

    celery, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    fresh chopped parsley

  • 1

    onion, minced

  • lettuce leaves


In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.

Arrange lettuce leaves on 4 plates; spoon a portion of turkey mixture on each leaf. Serve.
