Ingredients

Add all
  • 4 oz
    (120 mL)

    of brown rum

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    vanilla extract

  • 1 to 2 Tbsp.
    (15 to 30 mL)

    of palm or cane syrup

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    whipping cream, 35%

  • 12

    ice cubes

  • lime zest

Preparation

Combine the rum with the vanilla and syrup. Add the cream, stir and pour in glasses over ice cubes. Garnish with lime zest. Let cool and savour.
