Veal Chops with Kiwi Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    olive oil

  • 4

    veal chops

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    unsweetened applesauce

  • 6

    kiwis, puréed

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)



In a frying pan, heat oil; sear pork chops on each side.

Continue cooking 4 to 5 minutes per side; salt and pepper to taste.

In a bowl, mix applesauce, puréed kiwis and cider.

Serve chops with the sauce on the side.
