Vegetable Cheese Omelette

Ingredients

Add all
  • 1

    green or red pepper, finely chopped

  • 2

    green onions, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    diced celery

  • 4

    eggs

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    milk

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    butter

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    grated swiss cheese

Preparation

In a frying pan, brown pepper, onions and celery.

Season and cook about 5 minutes. Set aside.

In a bowl, beat eggs with milk until smooth.

In another frying pan, melt butter and pour in the egg mixture. Cook over medium heat.

On half of the omelette, spread vegetables and cheese. Fold and serve.
