Vegetable Stir-fry with Oyster Sauce

Add all
  • 1 lb
    (450 g)

    bok choy or other green vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, spinach)

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    organic sunflower oil

  • 1

    red pepper

  • 1

    yellow pepper

  • 1

    garlic clove

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)


  • 1-2

    oyster sauce


Blanch vegetables for 45 seconds - 1 minute. Cool immediately under cold running water to stop cooking and keep them bright green.

In a wok or non-stick skillet, heat oil on medium-high.

Add peppers and green vegetable, and stir fry for a few seconds.

Add garlic, water and oyster sauce, and cook for about 2 minutes
