Ingredients

Add all

    tofu, cubed or crumbled

  • 19 oz
    (540 mL)

    diced tomatoes

  • 5 1/2 oz
    (156 mL)

    can tomato paste

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    water

  • 1

    carrot, grated

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    sliced mushrooms

  • 1

    green pepper, chopped

  • 1

    onion, minced

  • 1 pinch

    garlic powder

  • 1 pinch

    fresh thyme

  • 1 pinch

    oregano

  • 1 pinch

    basil

  • 1/4 tsp.
    (1 mL)

    Cayenne

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

In a big pot, combine all the ingredients.

Cover and cook over medium heat for 60 minutes.

Serve with pasta or spaghetti squash.
